Trackpad? Or touchpad? No one is in agreement. This one is important for its Cirque technology. Cirque released the Glidepoint in ADB form for Mac computers. It connects via a dual adapter that permits other ADB devices to be chained. From 1994 on, virtually all touchpads used the same Cirque technology, including Apple PowerBooks, Sharp laptops and Epson devices. The GlidePoint trackpad was discontinued in 1999.
